Welcome to the Historic Montclair Community Garden.
Our organic community garden was established in 2010 and has been growing strong ever since! Neighborhood gardeners grow organic vegetables and flowers every summer in our 31 plots.
We've planted a Denver Pollinator Garden out front with lots of flowers like Irises, self-seeding sunflowers and native plants such as Goldenrod, Rocky Mountain Penstemon, Butterfly Weed, Yarrow, Wine Cups and Geraniums. We have lots of native bees & bumblebees, dragonflies, birds such as goldfinches, black and yellow Swallowtails, and some of us even saw Monarch butterflies visiting our garden!
Each year, a few plots open up for new gardeners, so get onto our waiting list if you'd like to join us!
Happy growing!
