Best Wix Websites: with Animation!

We recently designed a website for a Solar Company based in Coarsegold, California: Sbrega Electric. For the website design, we created infographic diagrams of homes with interactive animated popups that provide more information. Check out the video below to see the animation:

This was created using Wix's animation features, which are fun to use for subtle interactive animation that engages the viewer and provides more information. When I started working as a Website Designer, I used Macromedia Flash (later purchased by Adobe) and incorporated subtle interactive animations throughout hand-built and coded websites. Flash has long since fallen out of favor, so I'm glad Wix came along to offer HTML5 based animations in their amazing platform.

Wix is still my favorite platform to work in – it has an amazing, easy-to-use drag-and-drop editor that gives designers full control over the look and feel. My clients find it easy to edit, too, and I train every client on how they can keep their own websites updated. I also provide ongoing website maintenance and updates for some clients, but I find that most clients love being able to edit their own website!
