Free Local Stock Photo Source
The Shotzr App has hyper-local stock images that can be used for free without licensing or payment. As a graphic designer, I love having this resource! I wish it were available on a computer, as I'm a Mac pro user, I don't mess around with my phone to surf as I'm in front of a giant screen with a full keyboard at my fingertips – MUCH easier! ;) But, it's a good source none-the-less, and you can't beat the price. Just another great resource for stock images, with a local flair.
