Web Archive Tool

I had a Website Design client who discontinued their website as they're retiring, but they wanted to keep a backup of it for sentimental value to look at down the road. Unfortunately, they had already cancelled their Wordpress website on GoDaddy's hosting, so the site was already gone and could no longer be viewed. But, we found out about this great tool that shows you archived versions of websites.

It's not a fool-proof tool, but you can take screenshots of pages if desired, or print PDFs, or copy and paste text or pull images as needed from the archived versions of the website.

Check out this handy tool at:

Just enter in the URL, then click on any highlighted date in the calendar to view the archives back in time.

I was able to take screenshots of all of her website files for her to save! Lovely.
