Wix Web Designer Tip: Toolbar
As a Wix Web Designer, I train my clients on how to use the Wix editor going forward to keep their websites updated if desired. One of my top tricks is to use the Wix editor Toolbar. It has tons of useful features, including alignment tools, spacing tools.
One of the Wix design tools I use most often is the Width and Height fields to size objects exactly as desired (if I want to make them all the same width or height, for example). I also use the super handy X and Y coordinates to easily move things to where I want on the page. The X and Y coordinates are especially handy if you have a super long/tall page and you add an element (it seems it always adds strips to the bottom), so you can use the X and Y fields to move objects from the bottom to the top of the page by putting in the proper coordinates. Note: the Y coordinates control the location vertically on the page, so you can enter Y=0 to put it at the very top of the page. :) This little trick saves tons of time when designing pages!
Happy designing in Wix!
